How to use:
Mix 3 ml of Forever Young Bio-Lifting Powder with 6 ml of the serum until a foamy texture is obtained. Apply a thin, even layer to the skin of the face, neck, and décolleté using upward movements. Leave on for 10–20 minutes. Do not rinse — proceed directly to the next step.
